Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Rivvick ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Rivvick is operated by Naeem Lott-Khan, doing business as Rivvick (sole proprietor) ("the Company").

The short version

  • You paste review text into Rivvick, and we use it to draft a reply for you.
  • We never log in to, connect to, or post from your Google, Yelp, Angi or other accounts. You post replies yourself.
  • We don't sell your data.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What we collect

  1. Account information: your email address and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form, never as plain text.
  2. Content you paste in: review text, plus anything optional you add (star rating, reviewer first name, business name, tone), and the replies we generate. Reviews you paste are usually already public, but they may include a reviewer's name or other personal details. Please paste only what you need.
  3. Billing information: if you upgrade, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as your plan, billing status, and the last four digits and brand of your card.
  4. Usage and technical data: basic logs and analytics, such as pages visited, features used, number of replies generated, browser type, approximate location from IP address, and timestamps. We use these to run, secure and improve the service.
  5. Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep the message and our reply.

How we use it

  • To generate reply drafts and show your reply history
  • To run your account, count your free and plan replies, and process subscriptions
  • To prevent abuse (for example, rate limits) and keep the service secure
  • To improve Rivvick, for example by learning which features are used
  • To send service emails, such as account, billing and important changes. If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time.

AI processing

To draft a reply, we send the review text and your selected options to third-party AI model providers. We send only what's needed to generate the reply.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Rivvick:

  • Polsia: hosting and infrastructure for the website and app
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Third-party AI model providers: reply generation
  • Email and analytics: our hosting provider (Polsia) and its email and analytics services

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information and reply history while your account is open. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records (for example, billing records for tax purposes).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing rivvick-hin3lw@polsia.app. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for using them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

Rivvick is a business tool and isn't intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email or in the app.
